Please send a note in with your child stating they are attending this session. If they cannot attend on a certain day, please send in a note and let them know the situation.
Fit n' Fun with Mr. Dykas
Kids will work on various exercise activities to help promote healthy and strong bodies in a non-competitive environment. Children will be given the opportunity to explore a variety of fun and cooperative workouts that may include individual skills practice with small equipment, small and large group games, parachute games, ball skills, jump roping, fitness activities, and more.
Jumping with Mr. Dykas
Osgood Kids in Grades 1 & 2 will learn a variety of single rope skills, 2 person one rope, and long rope skills. Jump roping is a wonderful lifelong fitness activity! Jump-roping is a terrific way to improve strength, endurance, build stamina, and promotes self-confidence. Kids can learn new moves that will truly impress your family and friends. Sneakers and comfortable Clothing are a must.
