ContemporaryContemporary Dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres, mostly including Modern, Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet. Contemporary dance allows dancers to explore their individual dance style outside of the structure of traditional Ballet and Jazz dance classes. Taking a Jazz or Ballet class is STONGLY Recommended in addition to taking this class. Pom DanceIn this class dancers will use Pom Poms while working on their dance technique. Cheerleading is not a requirement for this class. Dancers will perform 1 routine in the end of the year recital. End of the year recital is NOT mandatory. Street sneakers are suitable to wear for this class. Classical Ballet This is a ballet class for intermediate & advanced levels.
