Youth Co-Ed Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting, fast-paced, non-contact, strategy-minded team sport played with a flying disc (or frisbee). Boys and girls will learn the sport or improve their skills in one of the fastest-growing and fun sports in the world.
Used as mental and physical conditioning for many other field sports, the Cohasset Ultimate Program will focus on competitive play, strategy, and skills, and will include matches with local schools; and 2 or more opportunities in the spring for multi-team tournaments throughout the South Shore.
