Yoga Information and Tips
All classes are beginner friendly with many pose options and modifications taught. Yoga is best practiced with bare feet and 1.5 hours after eating a light, healthy, balanced meal or snack. This habit will allow you to feel energized and comfortable during your practice. Wear comfortable, stretchy, layered clothing that allows for free movement. Spring Therapeutic Yoga Flow
Breathe, twist and flow your way through the seasonal shifts of Spring in this therapeutic, multi level flow yoga class. We will occasionally use props like: foam rollers, therapeutic balls or straps to compliment the practice. Bring your mat and water. Enjoy soothing music, warm rocks and healing essential oils during class.
